About the bull test: *Receiving Dates: October 12th – 19th *Bulls need to be born between January 1st & April 1st to be eligible for the sale, however, we will feed other bull calves as well. *Bulls need to be vaccinated with: 4-Way Respiratory (required) 7-Way Clostridial (required) Homopholis Somnus & Pasturella (recommended) Upon arrival, we will booster the above vaccinations, as well as administer a pour-on and a wart vaccine. *All bulls will receive a Breeding Soundness Exam, Ultrasound, and be tested for BVD. PAP testing is optional (cost approx., $12/hd)
*Sale order will be Black Angus, Red Angus, followed by any other breeds on test.
*The top 70% of each breed group will be allowed to sell. Rank is based 2/3 on gain & 1/3 on WDA.
*Membership renewal Associate Membership - $30 Sirloin Membership level - $100 (Benefits: business Card size ad in annual sale catalog; $25 discount on WBCIA Symposium Booth); Ribeye Membership level - $250 (Benefits: 1/8 page ad in annual sale catalog; $50 discount on WBCIA Symposium Booth) Filet Membership level - $500 (Benefits: 1/4 page ad in annual sale catalog; $100 discount on WBCIA Symposium Booth)
*Cost of the feed program is $495. Other costs include an advertising fee (to be eligible for sale), $5 entry fee, & other sale expenses (clipping, washing, brand inspections, auctioneer, etc. will be withheld from sale proceeds).
*Payment upon delivery include; $165 feed $5 entry fee $75/hd advertising fee to be eligible for the sale
*Second 1/3 of feed payment of $165 is due January 1st.
*Last feed payment of $165 is due March 1st.
